very good product. does what it needs to do and info was really clear. It shipped fast and the price is good. I am satisfied and already made some publicity about this product to friends. It is amazing to make your older car newer with this.
I installed the System within 4hours and it works as expected. The manual for installation could be more detailed, had to watch a lot of YouTube videos and forum discussions to figure out how to do it.

I love it . Very fast and responsive. I saw on youtube how to install it on my x5 f15 . It was a litle pain for placing it inside , but finally I put the box on one side ,and the thick cabels on the other. Otherwise it works as a charm. Exellent ! I reccomend it 10 out of 10 points.

Bought this because my 2016 F45 Active Tourer came with Japanese maps and it was quite expensive to get it swapped to Europe Maps . Despite the lack of documentation / instructions provided I was able to get this installed within 2h, finding a location for the MMI box is also not easy but thankfully cables are long enough. MMI Box works flawless using Wifi Android Auto, it comes up to Google Maps for me within 30 seconds of the car being switched on and I really like that the Original I-Drive Media system remains untouched.
Installation was for moderate experience level. CarPlay works nicely now. Comes up automatically and fast after starting the car. Takes some time to get the settings right, but when it does, it works very nicely. Had some additional questions after installation and they were answered swiftly by helpful Andream.
This unit works great whit my F31 professionell headunit from 2013.
This is great solution, installation took me max 1 hour, easy connection, no extra cable needed. And what is very important support is better than good. Any question answered very fast also seller suggest that I’m ordered wrong type of device and after checking, he were right. So I’m really happy of this purchase. Thank you.
To install the CarPlay with the MMI Box was not a big Problem… you need a little bit time 2-3hours… the right tools for the Interieur and a good place for the MMI Box. I installed the MMI Box under the glove box… there is a good place. CarPlay works fine, connected with my iPhone when i start my car. The original Rear Camera works also perfekt and the PDC, all Signals wokrs fine. Also the integrated Mic. works good. You need a little Time for the functions with the iControl but it works perfekt. The sound quality with the AUXIN works good enough for me ! I think for that price it is a good investment to upgrade your „old“ car :-) I hope it works a long time !
