Apple CarPlay works very well, the aux audio output doesn't sound good but I don't know if it depends on the device or on my car. I solved this problem by using only the Bluetooth audio output of the original car which works perfectly with Apple car play in combination, the only thing is that with the Apple Commands app you have to set a function which automatically when you turn on the car start the Bluetooth connection compared to the standard car play aux connection.
When you turn on the car, Apple car play starts automatically if you have your phone with Bluetooth turned on, the voice commands work very well. Overall I recommend it if you want to keep the original screen and increase the functionality with all those of Apple car play.
